Situated in the heart of Nice on the French Riviera our apartment is available to rent all year round for you, your family and friends to share and experience the Cote d'azur.

Accommodating 4+2 people the attractive apartment retains many features such as a wooden floor in the lounge/diner, ornate ceilings and is part of a listed Art Deco building.

Our aim is to create a home from home. Somewhere you can arrive and settle into quickly allowing you the freedom to enjoy your holiday in comfort. The apartment is found in the heart of the "quartier des musiciens" of Nice. Situated with corner views, the apartment is located in a listed Art Deco building on the first floor. For those needing easy access or who have bags of shopping there is also a lift.

The apartment has many original features and consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), a lounge/diner (with sofa bed), separate kitchen, bathroom (bath with shower over) and w.c.

The location is central to everything Nice! Whichever way you turn outside the building you are only seconds or minutes away from most amenities: patisseries, a busy café, a mouth-watering greengrocers and a small supermarket.

Avenue Jean Medecin (NB currently experiencing disruption in preparation for Nice Tramway)- the main shopping strip of Nice and the Train Station with links to Cannes, Monaco, Menton & St Tropez are within a short walk (5 minutes). 10 minutes and your in the heart of the Zone Pietonne area to watch street entertainment. At the end of the Pietonne area is the Place Massena with the famous Galleries Laffayette and the old town where a visit the Cours Saleya with its famous flower market and many restaurants is a must, or promenade along the beach. A key point is that the SNCF train station is 5 minutes away, far enought to not hear the trains but perfect after a days travelling to jump off the train and get home!
