This Luxurious, air-conditioned, Californian-style villa is 'pieds-dans-l'eau' on the prestigious Cap d'Antibes.

It has a heated, overflow pool which merges with the Mediterranean beyond. The sea is accessed by two sets of private steps, and mooring is possible for those of your visitors who may wish to arrive by sea.

It sleeps 8 in 4 double bedrooms, all en-suite. 2 rooms adjoin, and may be used as a separate suite, using the one room as a seating area (sofa-bed). A separate studio will be available in summer 2006, allowing the villa to accommodate 10.

The sejour is 50sq.m, with American style fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. All the rooms overlook the sea and the Bay of the Garoupe. It is but a short distance to Antibes and Juans les Pins (3 km), and within 30 minutes of Nice airport. The are numerous restaurants locally, and supermarket within 1km. There are sandy beaches at la Garoupe (0.5km, la Salis (2km) and Juan-les-pins (3km). Cap d'Antibes is within easy reach of Cannes, Nice, Mougins, Vence and the A8, for those who wish to venture further afield.

In view of the direct sea access, and overflow pool, this villa may not be suitable for young children.
