Ground floor Studio Apartment sleeps 4 situated in Cap d’Agde in the sunny Lanquedoc-Rousillon area of the South of France

The apartment is in a purpose built holiday complex with private gardens over looking one of the marine’s. The area is very peaceful and quiet but just a very short walk away from the life of Cap d'Agde and it's wonderful shopping areas, restaurants, bars and cafés. It has a small outside terrace with a gas bar-b-q and garden furniture.

The apartment consists of one set of bunk beds (cabin) and one double bed settee. Small but well equipped kitchen, shower room with WC and sink.
Covered terrace and outside private Bar-b-q area. Television, Video player, DVD and radio supplied. Bed linen supplied but not towels. Secure private parking.

It is a 10 Minute walk to the Mediterranean with white sandy beaches, 5 minute walk to a large amusement park, 5 minute walk to Aqua Park, 5 minute walk to superb golf club with 2 courses 18 & 9 holes.

Close to all amenities including fine restaurants, shops, doctors, dentist and chemist. There is also a number of Night Clubs for the young and trendy and a Casino all within walking distance. Cap d’Agde has a number of water sports facilities including: diving schools, jet skiing, sailing and sea fishing.

Cap d'Agde is a purpose built holiday area with over 9 miles of golden sanded beaches with every facility you need. It is a paradise for deep-sea fishing, yachtsmen and women with nine protected ports, also home to the "Barthes Tennis Centre, an International Golf Course with two courses (27 holes). There is also a large theme park for the kids, an Aqua Land and a leisure Island with its nightclubs.

Agde is the nearest main town some 10 minutes drive away, with it's full shopping area and old buildings and a superb French market. A pleasant place to spend a day browsing the market stalls on the Grand Place or just wandering around the old streets window-shopping. Agde is the second oldest town in France and it is a typical market town with a number of bars and restaurants to cater for all your needs. Agde can be visited either by bus or by boat taxi, both just a short walk from the apartment. There are also a number of other towns that can be reached by boat taxi, these include a wonderful Port town of Sete, on Sundays in August you can watch jousting on the water in boats, a very old tradition for this part of France.
