This delightful property boasts a wonderfully well-kept garden bordering on a large swimming pool. There is a large glass conservatory in the garden leading out from the lounge with dining table. Beyond the pool a wild garden extend for over an acre.

This villa may not be suitable for families with small children as all bedrooms are on different floors.

Booking Conditions

1. Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost (this includes a booking fee of £25/35€), or the full amount of the holiday if the booking is made less than two months before arrival date, sent with a completed booking form, confirms a booking. Only Sterling cheques are accepted or Bank Transfers.
When your confirmation is received, the details must be checked carefully. If anything is not correct you should tell us immediately.

2. Payment of balance :
The balance of the payment is due at least eight weeks or two calendar months prior to the holiday booking start date, or immediately if the booking is made less than two months prior to the holiday booking start date.

3. Cancellation :
If balance of payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
We require that you possess a comprehensive travel insurance policy covering cancellation, personal belongings, public liability and other eventualities which are not covered by our, or our clients' insurance.

4. Hirer's responsibilities and security deposit :
The hirer is responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition for the next guest and failure to do so will result in extra charges. We reserve the right to make a retention from the security deposit to pay for any breakages, damage, unpaid services for / to the property or its contents. We, or the owner, undertake to return this deposit, minus any retention, normally, within six weeks of your departure. Please note that we will require written authority from the property owner or their agent before we can release any deposits. Security deposit minimum £ 300 / 450 €. The security deposit may be paid directly to the owner in cash (450 €), or paid to the company at the time of booking. Special conditions may apply to security deposits in certain villas.

5. Booking period :
The property will be available from 4 p.m and not later than 8pm on the date that the booking commences. Late arrivals by special arrangement only. . The property must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Later departures by special arrangement only.

6. Conditions of use :
The use of the accommodation, equipment and any other amenities on site is entirely at the hirer’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for any loss, injury or damage to the users’ or other visitor’s person or belongings, including cars.

8. Information :
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that our information is accurate, and is made in good faith, representations made in it and any other advertising will create no liability on the part of the owners.
