GENERAL PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Full payment is required 45 days prior your arrival at the property, as well as an additional deposit of 25% ( minimum 1.500 Euro ) of the full fee as a refundable warranty for breakage's and or damages, telephone/fax. If not received by this time, the booking will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

Warranty for breakage's and or damages: will be refunded 4-8 weeks after your return assuming there were no breakage's or damages.

Payment is to be made by bank wire, payable to the owners' company, full information provided upon receiving your confirmation FAX, which has to include your full guest list with name and age and a copy of your international passport.

. A refund (50% of deposit) is possible when cancellation is made no later than 90 days before rental period. There are no refunds for cancellations after this date.

It is strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.

Upon receipt of the balance, we will send you full arrival information. We are always happy to help you with any additional information you may desire about the area. So please do not hesitate to contact us.

. Agency and third party providers fees are not included in all above mentioned rates.

The Villa Poême rental fee is covering all charges as described above upon arrival, local telephone calls and faxes. We advise you to purchase international telephone cards and to have your own local Internet provider.

Liability

It is important to remember that the villas is a private home, staffed by the owner with a maid, gardener, and in some instances additional personnel. The owner can not be held liable for any damages arising in connection with the services provided by any member of the villa staff or facility provided by the owners.

The owner can not be held liable for injury or damage to a guest or to any person who uses or is in either one of the villas, or be held liable for damage to their property, except to the extent that such damages are a direct result of the owners negligence. Each guest is responsible for all acts of the guest's family and all other persons the guest invites into the house.

Guests must keep the house and all appliances, equipment, furniture, furnishings, and other personal property supplied therewith clean and in good order and repair. Failure to do so will entitle the owner to make appropriate repairs at the guest' expense. However, guests are not responsible for ordinary wear or damage by the elements. Guest must give the owners immediate notice in case of fire or other damage to the house or contents

4 Suites, maximum of 9 guests. Occupancy is limited to 2 persons per suite.

From Saturday 17:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM. ( exceptions are possible outside high season upon prior request )

All week rental rates are included with free house service twice a morning per week; Pool cleaner; Gardener.
Free airport greeting, free Flowers upon arrival, free welcome drinks, free local phone and fax.
Extra house servicing is available, cook, massage, driver etc.

Additional nights

These are only available at the rate of 1/7 of the above mentioned rate, with the exception of the high season of July and August, and only upon special request.

VILLA Poême GENERAL SERVICES

. Final cleaning surcharge : 45 Euro for each guest with a minimum of 200 Euro, ( will be considered as a guest all members of your party above the age of 3 years).
. Electricity : 200 Euro week. Pool heating : as the pool is approximately 24 C in June, July, August and September depending on the weather, we are able to offer you additional heating if you request so, the rate to heat the pool is 150 Euro for each week. The temperature of the water is able to rise till 30 C. Outside above mentioned period we are not able to guarantee effectiveness of heating due nature.
. Linen, bathroom towels, table sets rental etc... : 50 Euro for each guest for every rental week, all linen are changed once a week. Extra linen services available.

. Additional house cleaning services are available at the rate of 15 Euro/Hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

. Cook : 20 Euro for each guest with a minimum of 120 Euro, above 5 guests add 15 Euro for each additional person. This fee covers shopping time, preparing the meal, setting up the table and presentation of the meals. ( Max 4 hours between 16.00 hours and 22.00 hours, each additional hour after 22.00 pm will be charged at 20 Euro)

. Chauffeur/Guide upon request.

. French one to one classes at home or French classes, ( discounted rates for our guest at several local schools )

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

Send written booking confirmation by E-mail or fax with, full identity, name, address, copy of passport, phone number, fax number, number of guests, names of guests and age, specify number, children (below 12 year ) and infants ( below 3 year ).

. 50% of the total house rental is needed as deposit and booking confirmation.

When reservation is being made with less than a 90 days notice, full payment is required.
The booking confirmation fax with the copy of your international passport and your deposit must be received within 14 days of availability confirmation. Between the reception of your fax for your booking confirmation and the reception of your deposit we will send you also all regular terms and conditions.

All payments/transfers/refunds bank charges are at your expenses.
We do not accept credit cards.

Upon reception of the booking confirmation fax and your deposit, we will confirm your reservation. This confirmation will indicate the total cost of the accommodation, warranty for breakage's and or damages deposit plus the cost of any additional services and charges requested less the initial deposit.
