The apartment is located in the centre of Nice just off the Promenade des Anglais between the Hotel Negresco and the Palais de la Mediterranιe. Nice Airport is three miles away.

This one-bedroom apartment is nice and roomy and has been especially designed with the discerning traveller in mind. It has been completely refurbished to a high standard.

The sleeping area in the living-room can be curtained off for additional privacy.

There is dining table for four, ample crockery and cutlery and a supply of herbs and spices.

The bathroom has a full bath and a separate shower. There is a separate WC.

The apartment is safe for small children as there are no floor-length windows.

Opposite is the entrance to 2 Rue Meyerbeer. If you have received your keys by mail, unlock the door (pull towards you!) and go to Entrance B, where you will need the same key again. Take the lift to Floor 2 and your apartment is the last one on the left, marked "Moynihan".
